Lavender Cocoa Lip Balm Project
This lip balm is made with borage oil, cocoa butter, and a hint of Hungarian lavender essential oil. The mixture of oils and butters keeps lips moisturized and soft.
White beeswax provides extra protection and firmness to the balm. This formula is on the softer side - it feels oily on the lips rather than waxy. If you prefer a firmer balm or live in an extremely hot climate, you may prefer to increase the amount of beeswax in this recipe.
Be careful when pouring the balm into the paperboard tubes. The lip balm mixture will stain the paper if it comes in contact. Using droppers can be helpful!
