Returns and Exchanges Policy

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in saleable condition, including packaging
  • Eligible items: molds, books, stamps, toys, scales, tools, etc.
  • Non-returnable items: consumables including sodium and potassium hydroxide, essential oils, fragrance oils, colorants, soap bases, herbs, fixed oils, waxes, liquids, powders, butters, kits, or e-books

Time Frame

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase

Process

        1. Contact us within 30 days at 877-627-7883 or info@brambleberry.com

        2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

        3. Return authorized items (customer is responsible for return shipping costs)

        4. We recommend insuring return shipments and obtaining tracking information

Refunds

  • Refunds for the product price are applied to the original method of payment
  • Original shipping costs, associated fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable
  • Allow 10 business days for processing returns

Exchanges and Compensation for Damaged/Missing Items

  • For damaged or missing items, we offer either a replacement or credit
  • Replacements will be shipped to the original shipping address only
  • Due to difficulties with international shipping, we offer refunds only for international customers

Important Notes

  • Check your order as soon as possible upon receipt
  • For damaged items, please take photos of the items, box, and labels and email them to us
  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted
  • All unsolicited products will not be refunded or returned
