In 2006, Bramble Berry CEO and Founder Anne-Marie started a blog to share her day-to-day experiences, recipes, and business tips. Since then, we've created hundreds of DIY bath and body projects.

The following are the most popular projects and videos in no particular order. They're a mix of customer and Bramble Berry team favorites.

1. Donut Soap

Our most popular projects usually have a common theme - they're easy to make and inspired by desserts. This Donut Soap definitely fits the bill. It's made with melt and pour soap and scented with Raspberry Truffle Fragrance Oil, which smells just like the real thing. White Bursting Beads are the perfect finishing touch. 

2. Heart Lotion Bars

Nothing beats the scent of cocoa butter and Vanilla Select Fragrance Oil. That's one of the factors that makes these Heart Lotion Bars so popular, along with the skin-loving sweet almond oil and beeswax. They're easy to make and ready to use as soon as they're cool. Lotion bars are also perfect for gifting.

3. Goblet Candles

This project is a great way to give old glassware a new life - we got ours from a local thrift store. EcoSoya Advanced Soy Wax is scented with Wild Rose Fragrance Oil, which is a fresh take on the classic scent. It has notes of orange peel, lily, vanilla, and musk. 

4. Lemon Poppy Seed Soap

This one is an oldie but a goodie - it was originally shared in 2014. The layered design is inspired by lemon poppy seed cake, complete with poppy seeds for exfoliation. It's scented with a blend of Lemon Verbena and Champagne Fragrance Oil. We love the recipe so much, we made melt and pour and hot process versions of it.

5. Lavender Face Mask

We did several variations of this mask, including Turmeric and Seaweed and Cucumber. The lavender version is formulated for dry skin, so it has moisturizing additives like argan and avocado oil. Lavender 40/42 essential oil adds a familiar and relaxing scent that almost everyone loves.

6. Siren Soap

The mermaid scales on these bars are made by dotting soap on with a squeeze bottle and smoothing it out with a spoon. Pacific Pearl Fragrance Oil is the perfect complement for the scales and the monochromatic ombre design inside. Give this project a try if you’re looking for a bit of a challenge.

7. Pumpkin Spice Bath Truffles

It's no surprise this project is popular - it's made with a top-selling scent, Pumpkin Spice Fragrance Oil. As you break up the truffles under running water, they start to bubble and release a moisturizing blend of cocoa butter, shea butter, and pumpkin extract. It's the perfect way to relax after a long day. 

8. Watermelon Soap

This project is perfect for summer. It features several techniques to get the watermelon design, including layers and a swirl on the bottom. Poppy seeds are added to look like watermelon seeds, and they also exfoliate the skin. It's scented with Watermelon Fragrance Oil (of course!)

9. Seascape Soap

Melt and pour swirl designs take a bit of practice, but the end result is definitely worth it. The key is pouring the soap when it's around 120-125° F so it's thick enough to hold shape. We used that technique to create waves in this Seascape Soap. It's scented with Midnight Waters Fragrance Oil, which is a complex mix of orange, lily, and seaweed.

10. Pumpkin Spice Latte Sugar Scrub

This is another classic recipe we still reference today. The luxurious whipped texture comes from Foaming Bath Butter and coffee butter. Sugar and walnut shells scrub away dirt and oil, and Pumpkin Spice and Turkish Mocha Fragrance Oil give the scrub an irresistible scent. The recipe has inspired several others, including this Pink Peony Body Scrub.
